“Tony is a highly knowledgeable and successful business professional. His depth of knowledge in the area of learning and human performance are bar none. I often look to Tony as an area of reference and knowledge. Working with him is a pleasure.”

Tony spent years as a Fortune 500 executive, leading teams through uncertainty. He knows what it feels like when expectations rise, decisions feel heavier, and leaders are asked to carry more than before.
After cancer surgery reduced his lung capacity by 25 percent, he had to learn how to perform, recover, and keep going with less than before. That season changed how he understands endurance and leadership.
Today, Tony is training for the 2026 World Championship Marathon. Not to prove something, but because endurance is how he leads and how he lives.
Those lessons led to the Endurance Leadership Framework, built around 5 Aid Stations: Calm, Clarify, Change, Connect, and Continue. It helps leaders stay steady when the world feels unstable.
