Founder, Culture Shift Advisors | Architect of Endurance Leadership

Tony Loyd is a former Fortune 500 executive who knows what it means to endure.

As a lifelong marathoner, Tony has raced across continents, always chasing something deeper than a finish line. But in 2025, everything changed. After cancer surgery reduced his lung capacity by 25 percent, he faced a different kind of endurance challenge: learning how to keep going when the path forward looks nothing like the one behind you.

Now he’s training for the 2026 Age Group World Championship marathon—on a mission to discover what it takes to get 100 percent out of 75 percent of his lungs. That journey—equal parts grit, humility, and science—mirrors the message he brings to leaders around the world.

Tony is a TEDx speaker, best-selling author, and host of Social Entrepreneur, a podcast ranked in the top 1 percent globally. Through keynotes, workshops, and executive coaching, he equips mission-driven leaders to endure, adapt, and create lasting impact.

Meet Jennifer F. Wiseman, MSW, LICSW

Principal & Chief Research Officer

Jennifer F. Wiseman is a Principal at Culture Shift Advisors and serves as the firm’s Chief Research Officer. She brings a rare blend of academic rigor, clinical insight, and applied research to ensure Endurance Leadership is both evidence-based and deeply human-centered.

Jennifer earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota, specializing in Clinical/Medical Social Work and Psychotherapy. Over the course of her career, she has combined clinical practice with scholarship, contributing published research and thought leadership that bridges science and real-world leadership behavior.

At Culture Shift Advisors, Jennifer leads the research agenda that underpins Endurance Leadership. She curates and synthesizes peer-reviewed studies, designs diagnostic instruments, and ensures the framework is grounded in validated science. Her contributions have been instrumental in shaping the 100-question Endurance Leadership Resilience Survey, along with its interpretive models and facilitation resources.

What distinguishes Jennifer’s work is her ability to bridge the gap between research and lived experience. Drawing on her clinical background, she brings a nuanced understanding of human behavior, stress, and adaptation into the organizational context—creating tools that resonate not only with executives, but with teams living through uncertainty and change.
